It’s been brilliant working with Jenny
I am a runner and had been getting groin pain after runs. This did not stop me running, however I wanted to get to the cause of it. I have two important races this year the London Marathon and a GB Duathlon so wanted to be ready for these niggle free. I was a little worried I might be told I’d have to stop running for a while which I didn’t really want to do given big events coming up.
It has been brilliant working with Jenny, being shown exercises to do at home and that I have done religiously each day. Feeling that they are working makes it even more encouraging to follow them. My groin pain has now pretty much gone even after increasing my long run distance which is brilliant, it’s the best result I could have hoped for. Thanks to Jenny I can run without any pain after.
