My therapist was really good!
I tore a ligament in my wrist while climbing. I had to wear tape around my wrist and it hurt to climb. I had reservations before coming to physio about the amount of sessions I would need to be fixed, the cost and if it would actually help long term.
However my therapist was really good. She gave me different wrist exercises to do each week which became progressively harder and put more weight through my wrist each time. Now I don’t wear tape around my wrist to climb and I haven’t felt any pain since!!
