Customer Feedback Survey
At Meadowhead Physiotherapy, we place a lot of value on the feedback we receive from our customers, since this is the best way to know what we are doing well, but more importantly, where we can improve.
From July 2009, we began asking all patients, irrespective of where they came from or how they found us, if they would kindly complete a customer survey form, which they were free to do anonymously if they so wished. The results have been extremely positive!
When asked “Would you recommend this practice to others?” 100% of patients said YES, they would!!
