- Find out how to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy and learn how to look after yourself so that you can still get on with life in the run up to your delivery
- Get expert advice on how to deal with pregnancy related back pain, pelvic girdle pain and stomach pain
- Learn the correct way to exercise your pelvic floor muscles following your delivery; a key factor in helping you to reduce the risks of developing problems associated with weak or damaged pelvic floor muscles, such as stress urinary incontinence, frequency, urgency etc. (find out more about these common postnatal conditions)
