Knee Replacement Rehab Classes
Hip and Knee Replacement Rehab Classes
Having seen many people recovering from hip and knee replacement surgery, it became apparent to us that there was a general lack of support provided to patients following their initial post-operative rehab and we felt that this was unnecessarily extending recovery times.
We therefore developed a dedicated rehab class for post-surgical patients, providing low cost one-on-one advice and treatment in a fun, class-based setting. During the class you will be assessed and given specific exercises and advice, tailored to your individual needs, with the aim of increasing your strength, improving your mobility and helping to relieve any pain and stiffness associated with your surgery. As well as getting expert advice from specialists in their field, you can also share experiences with other people who are going through the same things as you.
If you are interested in learning more about our post-surgical rehab classes with a view to joining, then please call the clinic and ask to speak to Jenny Manners.
